Fabio Gatto Conegliano
On the ground floor of an important building in the historic centre, the single-brand boutique in Conegliano preserves many original features of the structure in which it is located. The design of the rooms has kept all the authentic elements, enhancing them through the use of colours, fabrics and display choices that have contributed to the creation of an elegant mood, a successful mix of contemporary and vintage.
The boutique enjoys different spaces that give the environment a certain breath accentuated by the high beamed ceilings and light herringbone parquet flooring. The display and décor choices are inspired by the sober opulence of the residences of yesteryear, such as the suggestive wall bookcases containing clothes and accessories mixed with plants, books and furnishing accessories. The area for the dressing rooms takes up the dynamic movement of the book display units, positioned asymmetrically along the walls, creating an intimate and welcoming environment. The walls, covered with a brocade fabric in shades of lead grey and rust, conceal a retractable doors system that leads to the fitting rooms. Green elements have been inserted in each room, on the ground in large antique outdoor vases and on the ceiling “lulled” by a container-system in fabric. The furnishings, which are found in all Fabio Gatto’s boutiques, follow a linear style synonymous with rigorous and timeless elegance.
