Fabio Gatto Showroom
The evocative showroom immersed in the greenery of Veneto’s countryside, has been designed by Silvio Stefani to blend harmoniously into the natural landscape. The exteriors, covered with cane mat of slender chestnut poles, dialogue with the wooded park, becoming an integral part of it.
Two sculptural weathering steel lampposts have been designed by the architect to light the entrance driveway. Their slim and elegant shape reflects the lightness of the general architectural structure. The wood has been combined with steel, a rigorous and contemporary material used to highlight the entrances, create the large doors and then resumed in the interior design. Distinguished by their great originality, the interiors play on the alternation of dark and material surfaces and natural wood, creating a refined and uncommon atmosphere. The décor consists of a few important pieces, such as the black leather Chesterfield sofas at the entrance, the maxi design lamps that illuminate the various rooms of the showroom and the large wooden table on the upper floor.
The imposing staircase leading to the upper floors designed by Silvio Stefani is made of raw wood planks alternating with chestnut poles, creating interesting plays of light. The design of the rooms is enlivened by an alternation of shiny and opaque surfaces in contrast that, in their refined essentiality, become a perfect container for the clothes and accessories of the collections presented in the showroom.
